8th edition of the AMU Students without Borders project

AMU Students Without Borders returned to Tanzania for the eighth edition of the project. The primary goal of the expedition is to help children attending a school in Mtae, in the Usambara Mountains, to prepare them for their primary school leaving exams.

"We want to ensure that the universal right of children and young people to education is not just a nice-sounding slogan but can become a reality, including the countries of the global South. This target sounds distant, but we believe that even small actions can have a big effect. We won't change the whole world, but we can change the world of at least one child!" - the students write on their Facebook fan page.

Participants, in cooperation with the Uvi Foundation for Education, teach English and mathematics to children. Everything is done to prepare them in the most suitable way for the final exam. The results of which determine the possibility of further education.
