AMU Station for Environmental Monitoring in Biała Góra

Description: In the vicinity of approx. 150m from the entrance to the building, there are 40 parking spaces (without dedicated parking spaces).

Main entrance to the building:

it has only stairs, no handrails, no ramp and no lift.
It does not have an automatic door opening.

There is no infrastructure for people with disabilities inside the building.

The facility is not equipped with an information system for people with sensory disabilities.

Description: Near the entrance to the building, there is a parking lot near the palace, with no designated parking spaces. There are about 50 places, up to 60m from the main entrance to the facility.

The main entrance to the building is not suitable for people with disabilities. It has stairs without handrails and without lifts.

The interior of the building is also not suitable for people with disabilities - no elevators or toilets for people with disabilities.

The facility is not equipped with an information system for people with sensory disabilities.

You can enter the building with an assistance dog without restrictions (on the basis of the Act on Vocational and Social Rehabilitation and Employment of Disabled Persons).

Description: There are no parking spaces for people with disabilities near the entrance to the building, as the area around the building is unpaved.

The main entrance to the building has stairs, while the ramp / elevator is located on the other side of the building – next to the Warta River.

The interior of the building is not adapted to people with disabilities at all (no elevators, no stairs with handrails, no toilet adapted for people with disabilities).

The building is not equipped with an information system for people with sensory disabilities.

Palace and Park Complex in Gułtowy

Palace

The main entrance to the palace is equipped with two historic steps, without a handrail. For people with mobility difficulties, it is possible to use a vertical lift that goes to level -1. There is an adapted toilet in the building.

Outbuilding

The building has two guest rooms with a bathroom adapted for people with disabilities. The entrance to the facility is from the so-called zero level.

Petuniabukta Polar Station

Description: Due to their specific nature, the buildings of the AMU "Petuniabukta" Polar Station are in no way adapted to be used by people with special needs. Entry to the buildings is elevated due to local permafrost protection laws.

The station is of an extremely off-road character and is located in the high Arctic (Svalbard archipelago) beyond the North Arctic Circle. There is no road network and no vehicles within a radius of several dozen kilometers from the Station.
