The Rector of Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań, Prof. Bogumiła Kaniewska, invites the university community to the traditional May Concert, which will take place on Thursday, 7 May 2026, at 7.00 pm in the University Hall.
The concert will feature performances by the University’s artistic ensembles: the AMU Academic Choir, conducted by Beata Bielska, and the Big Band, under the baton of Prof. Mirosław Kordowski.
Admission to the concert will be granted only upon presentation of invitations and tickets. Invitations for senators have been sent via the seat reservation system to their email addresses, with the option to automatically confirm attendance (for 1 or 2 seats) or decline. PLEASE NOTE! The deadline for confirming the invitation is 4 May 2026 at 8.30 am. After this deadline, the system will prevent users from making any changes.
Invitations for staff members, retired staff, PhD candidates and students will be available for download via the Seat Reservation System at: srm.amu.edu.pl from 4 May (from 9:00 a.m.) until 7 May 2026 inclusive, or until all available places have been allocated. Due to the high level of interest, we kindly ask you to adhere to the booking deadlines.
