Poetry and music evening "Where are you, beautiful world?

On behalf of the organizers, we cordially invite you to a poetry and music evening "Where are you, beautiful world?", during which we will hear poems by Adam Mickiewicz recited in Polish and music by F. Chopin, S. Moniuszko, I.J. Paderewski and F. Schubert which needs no translation.

  • Mateusz Stróżyński (Institute of Classical Philology director, baritone), Szymon Chorobiński (I.J. Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań, piano)
  • Paweł Drozdowski (student of classical philology and the I.J. Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań in the class of Prof. Ewa Guzowska),
  • Marcello Giusto (Faculty of Modern Languages and Literatures at the Adam Mickiewicz University, piano).
  • Krzysztof Skibski (associate dean of WFPiK,Faculty of Polish and Classical Philology, recitation).
  • master of ceremonies: Piotr Urbanski, (vice-director of IFK, Institute of Classical Philology)

Venue: Lubrański Hall (Collegium Minus), adress: ul. Wieniawskiego 1

The concert will take place right after Prof. Douglas Hedley's lecture (5:30 pm) titled. "Romantic anthropology"
