The AMU Centre for Advanced Technologies is celebrating its 10th anniversary. Poster sessions, lectures and workshops are planned for 10–11 December to mark the occasion.
On Wednesday, 10 December, the formal anniversary celebrations were opened by the Director of the AMU Centre for Advanced Technologies, Prof. Artur Stefankiewicz. After the welcome speeches, the guests were given the floor. This was followed by lectures given by Prof. Krzysztof Matyjaszewski and Prof. Piotr Śliwiński. A workshop on preparing scientific posters, led by Dr Mariusz Gogól, will conclude the day.
On the second day, research sessions will be held, divided into three thematic blocks: ‘Chemistry,’ 'Biology, ' and ‘Materials.’ Lectures will be given by, among others, Prof. Dawid Pinkowicz (Jagiellonian University), Prof. Michał Bogdziewicz (Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań) and Prof. Krzysztof Fic (Poznań University of Technology).
