On 7–9 July 2025, the Faculty of Biology at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań hosted the 15th edition of the Poznań Summer School of Bioinformatics, devoted to the topic: Oxford Nanopore sequencing: data analysis and applications.
The event was attended by nearly 30 participants from around the world, including young scientists and experienced specialists interested in modern methods of sequence data analysis. The school's programme included lectures and practical workshops led by experts in the field of bioinformatics and Oxford Nanopore sequencing technology.
