Recruitment decisions are already on candidates' accounts

At midnight on 8 July, candidates for full-time Bachelor's and full-time Master's degree programmes got to know the results of the recruitment procedure. Their accounts in the Online Admission System received the decisions of the Recruitment Committee.

The information about whether they have been qualified for admission does not yet mean that they have been accepted to study. From 18 July to 21 July 2023, all shortlisted candidates have time to submit their documents to the Online Recruitment System. Only after submission of the papers does the candidate's account receive a message about admission to the degree programme. It is also the time to submit resignations for those who have decided that they do not wish to study in a particular field of study, as well as, the time to submit declarations of a sustained desire to study at AMU for candidates who have not been qualified for admission.

The submission of resignations by candidates who have been shortlisted for admission and have decided that they do not wish to study a particular course of study should be made at the OAS from 18 July until 21 July 2023, until 11:59 p.m.

Applicants who have not been shortlisted for admission but are still interested in studying at AMU are advised to submit a statement of sustaining their desire to study. All they need to do is to click on the button "Sustain your desire to study".
They have the time to do so between 18 and 21 July 2023 until 23:59.

Why is the statement of sustained desire to study so important?

The recruitment process includes a step to complete the ranking lists. In the case of vacant places or a lowering of the point threshold, the decision to qualify for admission to the degree programme is given to candidates from the group of persons who have submitted statements of sustained desire to study. Such applicants must submit their documents to the Online Admission System. They have the time to do so from 9:00 a.m. on 24 July 2023 to 11:59 p.m. on 26 July 2023 (second round).

Submission of documents to the OAS by candidates qualified for admission from the group of persons who have submitted declarations of sustained willingness to study, for the places that become vacant in the event of a reduction in the point threshold in order to fill the limit of places, also takes place from 9:00 a.m. on 27 July 2023 until 28 July 2023 until 11:59 p.m. (third round).
