Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań, is implementing a new, long-awaited opportunity for its employees and their families – a dedicated private healthcare package. This is another step towards creating comfortable and friendly working conditions at our University, which has been ranked among the best employers in Poland by Forbes for many years.
PLN 1 for the basic package
The basic option costs only PLN 1 per month for employees, with the University subsidising PLN 39 (this amount is taxed in accordance with the regulations). It is also possible to extend the coverage to include a more expansive range of medical consultations and tests as part of individual, partner and family packages, which also cover adult children.
Quick access to healthcare specialists
The medical care offered guarantees quick and direct access to primary care doctors and a wide variety of specialists at PZU Zdrowie facilities throughout Poland, without the need for a referral. Significantly, the agreement ensures maximum guaranteed waiting times for appointments. The package also covers teleconsultations, home visits and a broad range of medical services available even when travelling abroad.
Joint goal: 2,500 applications
For the program to be successfully implemented, at least 2,500 employees must enrol by November 20 of this year. To begin receiving benefits as early as October 1, you need to complete an electronic declaration and submit a signed consent form for the withholding of contributions to the Payroll Department by September 20. For subsequent months, documents must be submitted by the 20th of the month before the start of coverage. Please remember to include any co-insured individuals on the consent form.
