This year's Prime Minister's Award was presented to Prof. Emilia Kledzik, Head of the Comparative Studies in Literature and Culture Research Unit at the AMUInstitute of Polish Philology, for her book "Perspektywa poety. Cyganologia Jerzego Ficowskiego"
Prof. Sylwia Jaskulska from the AMU Faculty of Educational Studies was honoured with the Medal of the Commission of National Education, the highest distinction awarded by the Ministry of Education for outstanding contributions to children's and youth education.
