AMU Sports Day

Sports Day Activities for international students you can still sign up for:

Fitness Marathon 10:30 – 11:30

Gym Training at 11.30 – 12.30

Yoga Marathon 11.30 – 12.30

Place:  AMU Sports Centre, ul. Zagajnikowa 9

How to get there:  tram no.12 or 14 to Os. Sobieskiego and transfer to bus 198 or 348 to Różany Potok

• each marathon lasts up to 1 hour.
• expect to train in sportswear and sports shoes (no mats).
• Yoga and Fitness marathons take place outdoors, it is recommended to have a gym towel and a a small bottle of water with you
• Gym training takes place indoors at the main gym at ul. Zagajnikowa 9

During the marathon, we will be looking to reward with AMU T-shirts those individuals who:

• pay extra attention to follow the trainers
• perform the exercises correctly
• show the greatest enthusiasm and energy while exercising
• complete the entire marathon
