Hatice Kübra Öz from the AMU Faculty of Anthropology and Cultural Studies has been awarded the Special Prize in the INTERSTUDENT 2025 competition organised by the Educational Foundation ‘Perspektywy’ as part of the ‘Study in Poland’ programme.
Hatice Kübra Öz, a Turkish student of Cultural Studies, specialising in intercultural communication, is actively involved in the academic and local community. She is the originator of the event ‘Women's Route: A Walk Through the Center of Poznań’, which combines cultural studies reflection, urban tourism and debate on women's rights. Since 2022, she has been actively involved in the work of the Faculty Economics Subcommittee of the AMU.
The laureate received the award on 30 January this year during the ceremony of the ‘Foreign Students in Poland’ conference in Gdansk.
