The Journal of Contemporary Central and Eastern Europe (Taylor&Francis Group) features an article by Maciej Skrzypek, MA, entitled 'The banning of political parties in post-Yugoslav states. Croatian and Serbian experience in using militant democracy.' Therein, M.A. Skrzypek presented the results of his research on the effectiveness of banning political parties in two post-Yugoslav republics, representing examples of unconsolidated democracies.
