Anna Juras, PhD from the Faculty of Biology, became a laureate of OPUS 24+LAP/Weave - a competition for research projects organized by the National Science Center.
As part of the OPUS 24+LAP/Weave call, 11 Polish research teams will receive funding. Thanks to the grant, the winners will carry out projects in collaboration with scientists from the Czech Republic and Austria.
Among the awarded was Anna Juras, PhD, who will lead the work on the project "Use of bioarchaeological analyzes to reconstruct the origin and mobility of human populations from the Late Bronze and Early Iron Ages from Central Europe", in collaboration with Edvard Ehler, PhD from Charles University in Prague.
