Department of European Law of the Faculty of Law and Administration invites you to submit papers for the 13th international conference in the series: the Conference on Innovation and Communication Law (CICL). The event will be held at the Faculty of Law and Administration on 11-12 May 2023.
The principal theme of this year's edition is: "Marketplace for innovation, ideas and technologies - roles and responsibilities".
The CICL conference series has been organised since 2008 in cooperation with an international consortium involving researchers from Europe, the United States and Asia. The conventions have previously been held, among others, in Austria, Italy, Hungary, Finland, the United States and China.
During the first edition of the CICL conference in Poland, we want to discuss the legal aspects of the development of technology, innovation and ideas. Discussions will include the impact of market challenges on areas such as intellectual property law or communications, as well as assessing legislative, regulatory and jurisprudential responses to challenges experienced in the market by users, creators, inventors, investors, media or consumers.
We are accepting abstracts of proposed papers until 19 February 2023 at cicl2023@amu.edu.pl.
