The timetable for the Recruitment process is now available!
Enrolment is a multi-step process. You have to complete the individual stages in a timely manner. That is why every university applicant is waiting for the recruitment timetable. What timeframes apply this year?
Recruitment 2023: Registration and enrolment
- The admissions start on 1 June in the Online Admission System.
- The last day to register your account, enrol in your major/specialisation and pay your enrolment fee is 11 July.
- 11 July is also the last day to submit documents obtained abroad for recruitment.
- The entrance examinations (If you have chosen a study programme that includes them) will run from 12 to 14 July.
Ranking lists and announcement of results
- Recruitment results will be published on 18 July at 0:00 in the Online Admission System.
- 18 - 21 July is the time to upload scans of the documents to OAS (originals must be submitted to the relevant student services office in October)
- 21 July is the last day to withdraw your university application from the system if you wish to do so.
- 21 July is also the last day to submit a statement of sustained intention to study, in the case of being rejected for admission
