The Faculty of Political Science and Journalism was one of the partners (along with NATO, the National Security Bureau, the Ministry of National Defence of the Republic of Poland, General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces) of the scientific conference 6th Annual International Research Conference GlobState 2023. In Search of Strategic and Operational Advantage in the (Post) War Security Environment (Warsaw 28 - 30.11) organised by the Doctrine and Training Centre of the Polish Armed Forces on behalf of the Chief of the General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces.
Our Faculty was represented by Dr Jacek Raubo and Prof Sebastian Wojciechowski, who were speakers on the panel Future Security Environment: Central and East European Perspective. The conference themes focused on issues such as the global security environment, the future security environment, the Central and Eastern European perspective, developing operational capabilities, conducting future operations in the context of lessons learned from Ukraine, and strategic and operational analysis of decision-making processes.
