Prof Roman Budzinowski was awarded a silver medal for his "outstanding contribution to the development of agricultural law" at the 31st European Congress of Agricultural Law, held from 6 to 9 September in Cardiff.
In granting this honour, the European Committee of Agricultural Law (Comiteé Européen du Droit Rural) was concerned with the professor's contribution to the development of international cooperation (including the twelve international conferences organised, the organisation of the XV World Congress of Agricultural Law under the auspices of the Unione Mondiale degli Agraristi Universitari in 2018 in Poznań and the organisation of the XXX European Congress of Agricultural Law in 2019 also in Poznań), and the internationalisation of his scientific achievements.
Dozens of papers have been published in various European countries as well as in Argentina and Mexico. Since 2015, Prof. Budzinowski has been elected Vice-President of the above-mentioned European scientific organisation.
