Recruitment rules
Enrolment 2025 at AMU launches on 1 June.
It is a multi-stage process. All the steps can be completed online without leaving home. All you need is an account in the Online Recruitment System. The individual steps must be completed on time. Therefore, we publish this year's deadlines for candidates for full-time Bachelor's and long-cycle master's programmes. Following them is essential to participate in the admissions process.
Recruitment 2025: registration and enrolment
You can create an account in the OAS (https://rekrutacja.amu.edu.pl/en/studies-programmes) on 1 June. The last day to complete account registration is 9 July. By 9 July, you must also have enrolled in your major/speciality. It is also the deadline to pay for your entry.
9 July is also the last day to enter the results of your matriculation exam or school-leaving examination into the Online Recruitment System. Alternatively, if you submit documents obtained abroad in the recruitment process, you also have time until 9 July. The Student Relations Office verifies and recalculates your scores on 10 and 11 July.
The entrance examinations, by contrast, will run from 14 to 16 July. However, you will receive information in advance regarding the examination date between 14 and 16 July if you have chosen a course that provides for an examination.
Ranking lists and announcement of results
The results announcement is, of course, the most crucial step. The decision as to whether you have been shortlisted for admission will be announced at 0:00 on 18 July.
Between 18 and 21 July, or more precisely until 21 July by 11:59 PM, candidates must refer to the results of the admission procedure. Fortunately, all procedures are carried out online via OAS:
- If you receive information about your qualification for admission, you have until 21 July to submit your documents to the OAS. Scanned copies of the documents will be sufficient (you will deliver the originals to the Student Relations Office in October).
- If you receive information that you have qualified for admission but wish to withdraw from your studies, you must submit your withdrawal to the OAS by 21 July.
- If you receive information stating that you have not qualified for admission but still wish to study at AMU, you may submit a declaration of sustaining your desire to study at the OAS by 21 July.
PLEASE NOTE: THE RECRUITMENT CALENDAR FOR THE SECOND CYCLE DEGREE PROGRAMMES (MASTER'S) WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE!
