The AMU Foreign Language Teaching Centre informs students that from September 19, 2025 (Friday), 9:00 a.m., online token registration for foreign language courses will open at ul.amu.edu.pl. The registration is intended for:
- 2nd- and 3rd-year full-time first-cycle (Bachelor’s) students,
- full-time long-cycle Master’s students.
Registration will remain open until October 8, 2025 (Wednesday), 11:59 p.m.

- Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science – 12:00
- Faculty of Geographical and Geological Sciences, Faculty of Socio-Economic Geography and Spatial Management – 12:30

- Faculty of Anthropology and Cultural Studies, Faculty of Philosophy, Faculty of Psychology and Cognitive Science (Note: Psychology does not participate in this registration – students have completed their general language courses)

Students of German Philology (1st-cycle, Faculty of Modern Languages and Literatures) do not participate in registration – they will be enrolled into winter semester 2025/26 groups by the AMU Foreign Language Teaching Centre coordinator (only those who received a passing grade in summer semester 2024/25).
The class timetable will be available on ul.amu.edu.pl no later than September 18, 2025.
Token assignment rules
Students (except those from the Faculty of English) receive a token according to the scheme below (the token is assigned if a passing grade is recorded in USOS):
- Student who passed an A2-level course in summer semester 2024/2025 will receive a token for B1 in winter semester 2025/2026.
- Student who passed a B1-level course will receive a token for B2.1.
- Student who passed a B2.1-level course will receive a token for B2.2.
Exception – Psychology (double language-course schedule):
- Students who passed B1/B2.1 (group 23-ANG-B1-Z60, summer 2025) will not receive a token – they will be automatically enrolled in the continuation course by the USOS coordinator.
- Students who passed B2.1/B2.2 (group 23-ANG-B21-Z60, summer 2025) will receive a token for a specialist language course.
Faculty of English – token assignment:
For 3rd-year full-time first-cycle students:
- Passed A1 → token for A1
- Passed A2 → token for A2
- Passed B1 → token for B1
- Passed B2.1 → token for B2.1
For 2nd-year full-time first-cycle students:
- Passed French → token for LEK-II-FRA
- Passed Spanish → token for LEK-II-HIS
- Passed German → token for LEK-II-NIE
Important notice
Students who do not register for a foreign language course during the registration period on ul.amu.edu.pl are required to submit an application to the AMU Foreign Language Teaching Centre (to the coordinator for their faculty – list below). Based on the application, the USOS coordinator will assign the student to a group only if free places are available.
