On July 18 at 00:00, candidates applying to AMU for full-time first-degree and full-time long-cycle master's degree programmes received the results of the admissions process.
Let us remind you that receipt of results information does not end the recruitment process. It is crucial for those qualified for admission, but it is also good news for those who have not been qualified for admission. Why? We will explain later in the text.
Qualifying for admission
The information on qualifications for admission to a university does not yet mean that you have been admitted to the university. Qualified applicants must complete the formalities and submit the documents in the Online Admission System. They have time to do so from July 18 to 21 until 11:59 p.m. Only after the documents' submission, the message about acceptance to the studies is received in the candidate's account.
PLEASE NOTE: Document submission is done through the OAS and concerns attaching scans of documents in PDF format. Candidates do not submit any physical (paper) documents during the university admission process.
Candidates qualified for admission may also decide to withdraw from their studies at AMU. The decision to revoke is submitted via the Online Admission System from July 18 to 21 until 11:59 p.m.
Unsuccessful candidates for admission
Candidates not qualified for admission but still interested in studying at AMU should submit a statement of their desire to study. Click on the "Sustain your desire to study" button. They also have time to do so between July 18 and 21 until 11:59 p.m. Statements are submitted electronically (online) via the Online Admission System. Candidates who are not qualified in the first round of recruitment can still start their studies at Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań.
Second and third rounds of recruitment
The recruitment process includes a stage of completing the ranking lists. More precisely, two such stages (2nd and 3rd rounds of recruitment). In the event of vacant places or a decrease in the point threshold, information on qualification for studies is provided to candidates from the group of individuals who submitted declarations on sustaining their intention to study. Such persons must submit their documents to the OAS. They have time to do so from 9:00 a.m. on July 22 until July 23 at 11:59 p.m. (second round).
Documentation submission at the OSA by candidates qualified for enrolment from the group of applicants who have submitted declarations of sustaining their desire to study, for the vacant places in the event of a decrease in the point threshold to fill the place limit, also takes place from 9:00 a.m. on July 24 until 11:59 p.m. on July 25(Round III).
