Student remote and hybrid internships and their hidden secrets

You are warmly invited to use the materials - the Best Practice Guide and the Introduction to E-learning modules. These have been developed as part of the EPIDI project (European Partnership for Innovation in Distant Internships) by a consortium of three universities: the University of Strasbourg, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and AMU.

The identification of the challenges and benefits accompanying remote or hybrid internships and placements took place in collaboration with external partners - employers (in Poland, it included Pozena, Wunderman Thompson, Choices and the Poznań City Hall) and students, who shared their experiences and proposed solutions through surveys and interviews, as well as, during the meetings.

In March, the project officially ended - with meetings, and conferences from 27-30 March 2023, held in Karlsruhe and Strasbourg. A part of the project team from AMU was also involved: Prof. Natalia Walter (Faculty of Educational Studies), Dr Katarzyna Macedulska (Faculty of English), Katarzyna Wala (University Film Studio) and Anna Schmidt Fiedler (coordinator).
