On behalf of the Faculty of Physics, we cordially invite you to participate in The European Conference PHYSICS OF MAGNETISM 2023 (PM'23) held on 26-30.2023.
Continuing the long tradition, the Faculty of Physics is organizing the next edition of The European Conference PHYSICS OF MAGNETISM 2023 (PM'23) together with the Institute of Molecular Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Poznań for the 17th time, starting from 1975.
The plan is to gather about 400 scientists from all over the world, with outstanding specialists in the physics of magnetism. It will be an excellent forum for presenting the research capabilities of the Faculty, our Alma Mater, and our research and getting acquainted with current research trends in the broadly understood physics of magnetism.
Conference papers, after going through a full review process, will be published in J. Magn. Magn. Mater. (JMMM), a reputable journal published by Elsevier (IF. 2993, 76th percentile in the Scopus database).
The Faculty of Physics is also planning to organize a session "Young & Brilliant", in which all participants under the age of 30 can apply, I strongly encourage you to participate. Based on the applications received, a wide team of experts will select 20 scientists with the greatest and most significant achievements to present their results as invited speakers at the Y&B session, with significantly reduced participation costs.
The cost of participation for employees, PhD students, and students of UAM has been set at PLN 400, including the possibility of publication in JMMM, conference materials, lunches, coffee breaks, a welcome party, as well as a conference concert. Participation in the conference banquet will require an additional fee of PLN 200.
