The Polish language and culture summer school at AMU has ended

The three-week summer courses at NAWA and AMU attracted 97 participants from 35 countries. The participants improved not only their language skills but also became immersed in Polish culture through lectures and excursions.

The programme was extensive: in the mornings, students attended language classes, while in the afternoons, they listened to various lectures and participated in workshops: they danced the waltz, prepared theatre performances and podcasts, practised articulation and... yoga. Weekends were devoted to out-of-town excursions: the Polish language enthusiasts visited the Arkady Fiedler Museum in Puszczykowo, weaved baskets in Nowy Tomyśl and watched the European bison in Gołuchów.

Although these three weeks were undoubtedly marked by creativity and intensity, above all they breathed the spirit of holiday adventure and cultural exploration.
