On Thursday, 9 November, members of the University Research Commission - Vice-Rectors for Research from Polish universities, met at Adam Mickiewicz University.
The University Research Commission was established by the Conference of Rectors of Polish Universities. It aims to conduct analytical activities, exchange experiences and develop ways of implementing the mission of classical universities in broadly defined areas of scientific and research activity. The Commission's tasks include the deployment of scientific research results and international cooperation. The Commission is composed of Vice-Rectors designated by the Rectors of each of the Conference of Rectors of Polish Universities members.
During the meeting at UAM, Committee members discussed, among other things, support for research activity by the National Centre for Research and Development, rules for sharing research data and ethics in scientific research. The meeting continues until Friday.
