Раді повідомити, що згідно з рішенням Міністра освіти і науки в рамках програми CEEPUS у Польщі з 8 березня 2022 року NAWA пропонує стипендії для іноземців з України.
We are pleased to inform you that according to the decision of the Polish Minister of Education and Science and within the framework of the CEEPUS Program in Poland, the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange - NAWA can now offer scholarships for eligible applicants from Ukraine.
The "Freemover UA" scholarships are intended for students and academic staff from the accredited Ukrainian universities cooperating with universities in Poland. In order to apply for the scholarship the applicant must submit an electronic application in the CEEPUS system at the Program website http://www.ceepus.info along with a teaching plan for students or academic staff approved by the host university in Poland.
The "Freemover UA" mobility grants in physical form may be awarded for placements in partner university units participating in CEEPUS academic networks, approved CEEPUS summer schools and intensive courses as well as in other accredited academic units in Poland in accordance with the work plan submitted for approval.
Application deadline: continuous procedure within the framework of available funds.
Conditions for "Freemover UA" application:
- Submission of the Freemover application through the ceepus.info website.
- Approval from the host university for the Freemover UA mobility placement - Letter of Acceptance with work plan.
The electronic document must include:
- the university's approval to implement the work plan as part of the scholarship,
- name, surname and other data of the applicant - scholarship holder as well as the number of the submitted application in the CEEPUS system,
- a work plan with the number of hours and topics of classes or other forms of academic collaboration (e.g. seminars, laboratory or field classes, etc.).
If the Polish CEEPUS Office at NAWA approves and grants the internship as physical mobility, the scholarship holder shall receive the scholarship in the amount published at www.ceepus.info.

Стипендії на стажування «Freemover UA» призначені для студентів та наукових співробітників акредитованих університетів України, які співпрацюють з університетами Польщі. Умовою подання заявки на стипендію є подання електронної заявки в системі CEEPUS на веб-сайті програми http://www.ceepus.info разом із планом навчання для студентів або планом роботи викладачів, затвердженим приймаючим університетом у Польщі.
Стипендії на мобільність Freemover UA у фізичній формі можуть надаватися на стажування партнерськими підрозділами, які беруть участь в академічних мережах CEEPUS, літніх школах та інтенсивних курсах CEEPUS, а також в інших акредитованих академічних підрозділах у Польщі відповідно до плану роботи, поданого на затвердження.
Термін подачі заявки: безперервна процедура за наявності коштів.
Умови для заявки «Freemover UA»:
- подача заявки на програму Freemover через веб-сайт ceepus.info
- отримання згоди приймаючого університету на проходження стажування в рамках мобільності Freemover UA – Letter of Acceptance з планом роботи.
Документ в електронному вигляді повинен містити:
- згоду ЗВО на виконання плану роботи за стипендією,
- ім'я, прізвище та інші дані претендента - стипендіата та номер поданої заявки в системі CEEPUS,
- план роботи із зазначенням кількості годин і тем занять або інших форм академічної співпраці (наприклад, семінари, лабораторні чи виїзні заняття тощо)
У разі отримання згоди польського бюро CEEPUS та призначення стипендії для реалізації стажування як фізичної мобільності, стипендіат отримає стипендію в розмірі, опублікованому на сайті http://www.ceepus.info
