The Culture Vultures reading group invites everyone to a meeting “That’s when the b*** vegans take over”: Images of vegans and veganism in popular culture moderated by dr Katarzyna Burzyńska. Through a selection of excerpts from famous series and films dr Burzyńska will try to deconstruct the mocking stereotypes of vegans and veganism in popular culture in order to bring the above fundamental questions back onto our plates.
The event will be held on the 17th of January, 2023, at 6:30 pm at Collegium Heliodori, room 215.
