The TeRRIFICA project team is the organizer of the "Green Walk with TeRRIFICA", which is part of the so-called EU Green Week, a key event in Europe concerning the challenges of implementing the European Green Deal policy.
The project carried out at AMU consists of: a seminar by Jan Gustav Strandeasen, UNEP expert, entitled "The Agenda that changed the world" (30 May, 16.00-17.00 Faculty of Human Geography and Planning, room 4) concerning primarily the challenges of implementing the Sustainable Development Goals of Agenda 2030. The second event will be the so-called green walk along the Warta Valley, which includes elements of the history of the city of Poznań and touches on the importance of rivers in our urban ecosystem and the actions taken to preserve biodiversity and introduce green challenges to urban space. The walk will start at 5 p.m. from Śródka. It will be led by Prof. Andrzej Mizgajski, Prof. Małgorzata Stępniewska and Prof. Katarzyna Fagiewicz. The media, AMU employees and students, guests and residents of Poznan – all are invited!
