Join us for a meeting with novelist and literary curator from India Sabin, Iqbal!
His novel 'Boys from the Cliff', translated by Prof. Ewa Rajewska from the AMU Faculty of Polish and Classical Philology, will soon be on the Polish publishing market. A talk with the author will be held tomorrow - 7 March, at 1.30 p.m. in the Kuraszkiewicz Room (014) of Collegium Maius.
The meeting will be held in English, with the participation of Professor Ewa Rajewska. It will be chaired by Dr Krzysztof Hoffmann.
Sabin Iqbal is a writer, literary animator and journalist with two decades of experience; he has worked in India and the Middle East. 'The Cliff Boys' is his debut novel (2019); he has also published 'Shamal Days' (2021). He is the chief curator of the Mathrubhumi International Festival of Letters in India's Kerala, the largest festival in southern India, bringing together over 400 writers from India and around the world in its 2024 edition.
