On October 10 at 7:00 pm there will be a lecture by Prof. Richard Dougherty (University of Dallas) via MS Teams: Augustine on Human Freedom: Politics and Theology in the Roman World.
This will be the first inaugural lecture of the online lecture series on Tyranny and Freedom in Early Christian Thought and the Middle Ages.
The lecture series will be held under an ID-UB grant and as part of a continuing research collaboration with Prof. Edmund Stewart (University of Nottingham) on the issue of tyranny.
