Independence Day on 11 November is fast approaching. In Greater Poland, it takes on a remarkable atmosphere, partially thanks to our traditional local sweet croissants, scented on this day by every street in Poznań.
On this occasion, our AMU Welcome Centre team, in partnership with the city of Poznań, wish to invite all International Students to an excursion to the Poznań Croissant Museum.
This coming Tuesday, 9 November, discover the secrets of the legends underpinning the popularity of the St. Martin's croissant, taste its unique recipe and let yourself be enchanted by the sweet magic of baking the croissant yourself.
We shall meet at 3:15 p.m in the front of the museum.
