PoDEST

PoDEST (Poznan Doctoral Exchange for Science and Training) is a mobility programme for doctoral candidates from doctoral schools in Poznań. It enables participation in selected courses, training sessions and other forms of support offered by partner universities and institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Poznań. Through the programme, doctoral candidates can broaden their educational offer, develop their competences and establish academic contacts within the academic community of the city.

The agreement establishing the PoDEST programme was signed by universities associated in the Conference of Rectors of Poznań Universities (KRMP): the Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań, the Eugeniusz Piasecki Academy of Physical Education in Poznań, Poznań University of Technology, Magdalena Abakanowicz University of the Arts Poznań, Poznań University of Economics and Business, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poznań University of Medical Sciences and Poznań University of Life Sciences, as well as five institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences: the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry, the Institute of Dendrology, the Institute of Molecular Physics, the Institute of Human Genetics and the Institute of Plant Genetics.
