The European Science Fair, a new initiative bringing together the realms of science, innovation and business in a comprehensive way, will be held at the MTP Poznań Expo from 3-6 June 2025. The event is a joint initiative of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań, and the MTP Group.
The European Science Fair was established to promote the achievements of Polish research institutes, universities, technology start-ups and other organisations active in the growth of science and technology. The event has an international character, and its organisation converges with Poland's presidency of the Council of the European Union.
The European Science Fair is a chance for our university, as a co-organiser, to draw on its congress experience by supporting the development of cooperation between the academic, research and business communities internationally,'
The conference will feature a debate on science-economy cooperation and the current challenges of science and higher education. Speakers will include representatives of public administration, universities, research institutes and the business and industrial communities.
It is not only a platform for promoting innovative solutions, but also for educating future generations of entrepreneurs and scientists,
The Fair will be an integral part of ITM Industry Europe, one of the largest industrial events in Central and Eastern Europe. As such, participants will gain access to a wide range of business partners and inspiring cases of implementing innovations in practice.
The presence of several hundred companies from all over the world, a wide range of industries and networking opportunities make ITM Industry Europe the ideal venue for this initiative,’ says Anna Lemańska-Kramer, ITM Fair Director.
The European Science Fair 2025 is a step towards a true strengthening of the relationship between science and the economy. It is a venue where knowledge meets practice and innovation meets market needs.
During the Fair, exhibitors such as universities or research institutes have the opportunity to rent stands with two areas: 9 m² (3x3m) at a net price of PLN 8,810 and 15 m² (5x3m) at a net price of PLN 11,760. All prices include the registration fee (PLN 1,000 net) and the cost of space rental with fittings and equipment.
