On 4–5 December, we will meet in Poznań to discuss how knowledge, science and international cooperation shape Poland's position in the world.
This year's edition of the Congress on Internationalisation will be devoted to science diplomacy – an increasingly significant area where science, politics and social trust converge. It is science diplomacy that builds bridges between institutions, researchers and societies, strengthening the role played by science in resolving global issues.
During the 3rd Congress of Internationalisation, we shall discuss Poland's potential to exploit science in international relations. The programme will include plenary sessions, expert panels, workshops and accompanying events devoted to the practical aspects of internationalisation and science diplomacy. The participants will be introduced to the assumptions of the National Strategy for the Internationalisation of Science and Higher Education, which will set the guidelines for the coming years.
The event provides an opportunity for representatives of universities, public institutions, organisations and the scientific community to exchange experiences.
Participation in the event is free of charge, but the number of places is limited. Confirmations of participation will be sent by email in mid-November.
