The space between the Collegium Iuridicum Novum and Collegium Rubrum buildings awaits ideas from students in our city. A modern academic space is more than just buildings; it is a place for meetings, inspiration, and dialogue between history, law, and the city. Participants in the “CAMPUS IURIS” Student Competition have the opportunity to create just such a space. The Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań, in cooperation with the Magdalena Abakanowicz University of Arts in Poznań, the Poznań University of Life Sciences, the Poznań University of Technology, and the Poznań City Development Foundation, invite you to submit your original concept for the development of the space at Aleja Niepodległości.
“The competition allows students from Poznań universities to tackle a real design task, develop their own vision of academic space, and gain valuable design experience,” says Dean of the AMU Faculty of Law and Administration, Prof. Tomasz Nieborak.
"Campus Iuris creates a unique landscape, combining the cultural heritage of the former Prussian military barracks – part of the historic urban and architectural complex known as the Stübben Ring, with its abundance of greenery, opening onto Aleja Niepodległości and fitting into the wedge-shaped ring system of green areas. It is a place that integrates the community of the AMU Faculty of Law and Administration and the entire University with the residents of the city and the region, while also serving as the legal, intellectual and cultural centre of Poznań," sums up Prof. Tomasz Nieborak.
The ‘CAMPUS IURIS’ competition is open to students of Poznań universities (individually or in teams of up to 4 people). Detailed conditions of participation and rules of the competition (in Polish) can be found at: https://prawo.amu.edu.pl/campus-iuris/
