Chargé d'affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia visits AMU

On 11 October, the Consul of the Republic of Indonesia, Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia, Honourable Agus Heryana, visited Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań.

The Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, Prof. Rafał Witkowski, welcomed the Consul of the Republic of Indonesia, Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia, Agus Heryana, in the office of Her Magnificence, the Rector. The meeting was also attended by Dr Daria Zozula from the AMU Institute of Oriental Studies of the Faculty of Modern Languages and Literatures at AMU.

The conversation focused on enhancing cooperation between the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia and AMU, possibilities for student exchanges and the promotion of Indonesian culture in Poznań.

It is worth noting that Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań, is currently the only university in Poland to offer first and second-cycle studies in Indonesian as a primary language, continuously since 2005.
