We would like to remind you that the University has introduced medical care packages available for AMU employees and their family members. To successfully implement this program, a minimum of 2,500 employees must enrol by November 20th of this year. We encourage you to explore the available options.
PLN 1 for the basic package
The University has negotiated exceptionally favourable financial terms. The basic option costs employees only PLN 1 per month, with the University subsidising PLN 39 (this amount is taxed in accordance with the regulations). It is also possible to extend the coverage to include a broader range of consultations and examinations as part of individual, partner and family packages, which also cover adult children.
Quick access to specialists
The medical care offered guarantees quick and immediate access to primary care physicians and a variety of specialists at PZU Zdrowie facilities throughout Poland, without the need for a referral. Notably, the agreement ensures maximum guaranteed waiting times for appointments. The package also covers teleconsultations, home visits and a broad range of medical services available even when travelling abroad.
Common goal: 2,500 applications
For the program to be implemented effectively, at least 2,500 employees must enrol by November 20th of this year. To access the coverage, you need to complete an electronic declaration and submit a signed consent form authorising the deduction of the insurance premium from your payroll. Please ensure that these documents are submitted by the 20th of the month before the coverage starts. Additionally, remember to include any co-insured individuals on the consent form.
Information meetings
The University is holding a series of webinars on the MS Teams platform and on-site meetings with PZU representatives, during which employees may learn about the details of the offer, ask questions, and receive assistance with the registration process.
