We are pleased to announce that Prof. Sandrine Lacombe, a specialist in innovative radiotherapies, who leads the iNanoTheRad Interdisciplinary Centre and the SERP Erasmus Mundus programme, has joined the AMU Scientific Advisory Board.
Sandrine LACOMBE, full professor at U.Paris Saclay, is the attaché of the President for international networks. After her PhD in sciences, she joined the group of Pr Ertl, Nobel prize 2007, at the Max Planck Gessellshaft (Berlin, Germany). She occupied several invited research positions in Canada, Argentina and Australia. Expert in nanosciences and nanomedicine, she’s leading a research group on Theranostics for radiation therapies and the Interdisciplinary Institute for Nano-advanced radiation therapies. She’s the director of a European-labelled Erasmus Mundus master's program for medical and environmental applications. Until 2024, she was Vice President for International and European of U.Paris Saclay and the coordinator of the European University Alliance for Global Health.
Her presence on the AMU SAB will certainly enhance Adam Mickiewicz University Poznan's strategic activities in the research and internationalisation areas
