Today, 7 April, the AMU Faculty of Political Science and Journalism (WNPiD) hosted H.E. the Swiss Ambassador, Fabrice Filliez. During the visit, the Diplomat delivered a lecture for students on “Foreign Policy of Switzerland and its humanitarian tradition”.
The event was followed by a meeting with Her Magnificence Rector of AMU, Prof. Bogumiła Kaniewska, in the Rector's Office and a brief but substantive discussion with the dean's authorities in the WNPiD office.
The Ambassador's visit was closely associated with the opening of a photographic exhibition entitled “Dialogi o Ludzkości (Dialogues of Humanity)”, created in collaboration between the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, the Photo Elysée photographic museum in Lausanne and the International Committee of the Red Cross. The exhibition can be enjoyed in the main hall of the WNPiD.
