Yesterday, AMU was visited by Pro-Rector Volodymyr Mykolaiko from Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University - our partner university from Ukraine.
The purpose of his visit was not only to participate in the Inauguration of the 2024/25 academic year but also to present the title of Honorary Professor to Prof. Rafał Witkowski for his significant contribution to the development of cooperation between the universities.
Cooperation between Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań and the Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University has lasted for nineteen years. AMU hosts students and university employees from Ukraine for academic exchanges, short-term internships, and summer school participation.
During this fruitful cooperation, more than three hundred representatives of the Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University have visited AMU.
