Korean Culture Day is a unique event organised by the Korean Studies community at Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań, offering an excellent opportunity to discover the richness of Korea’s traditions and contemporary culture. This year’s concert will showcase both the classical and modern facets of Korean art. The concert will take place on 23 April 2026 at 6.00 p.m. in the University Hall.

The stage will host performances by groups associated with the Korean Studies programme. The line-up includes a performance by a samulnori group, performing traditional percussion music, traditional dance displays involving fans and small drums, as well as a theatrical spectacle prepared by the drama section. The concert's second part shall feature performances inspired by contemporary culture – dynamic dance and vocal routines set to K-pop and trot songs.

The traditional Korean costumes worn by the performers will be a highlight of the event. Their vibrant colours and detailed designs highlight the uniqueness of the shows, creating a distinctive atmosphere for the concert.
We warmly invite all lovers of Korean culture!
