On June 22-26, 2026, the AMU Faculty of Physics and Astronomy will host The European Conference PHYSICS OF MAGNETISM 2026 (PM'26). It is a recurring event that has been drawing researchers from various disciplines of physics, chemistry, and materials engineering for many years, with a primary focus on magnetism and magnetic materials.

The conference stands as a crucial platform for the exchange of experiences and the presentation of the latest scientific achievements. The upcoming edition will feature distinguished speakers from Poland and abroad, including Prof. Klaus von Klitzing, winner of the 1985 Nobel Prize in Physics.

The event is organised by the Institute of Molecular Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the AMU Faculty of Physics and Astronomy.
