Szanowni Państwo Studentki i Studenci, Mieszkańcy DSów!
Doskonale rozumiem, że niektóre zalecenia władz UAM mogą powodować rozmaite perturbacje. Proszę jednak, byście Państwo mieli świadomość, że postępujemy ściśle według zaleceń MNiSW, GIS, a także rozporządzenia Ministra Zdrowia w sprawie ogłoszenia stanu zagrożenia epidemicznego w Polsce z dnia 13.03.2020 roku.
Zapewniam Państwa, że opłaty za akademiki zostaną odpowiednio zredukowane, proporcjonalnie do okresu Państwa nieobecności spowodowanej zagrożeniem epidemicznym.
Osoby, które już opuściły pokoje i zostawiły w nich swój dobytek, informuję, że ewentualne wykwaterowanie nastąpić może wyłącznie w stanie wyższej konieczności w każdym przypadku zostaniecie Państwo o takiej możliwości uprzedzeni. Warto zatem upewnić się, czy administracja DSu jest w posiadaniu Państwa aktualnego adresu mailowego i numeru telefonu.
Bardzo proszę, byście Państwo postępowali rozważnie, ze świadomością, że od zachowania każdego z nas zależy skala rozwoju epidemii w Polsce i poza jej granicami.

Dear Students, Dormitories' Residents,
I perfectly understand that some of the AMU authorities' regulations may cause a lot of confusion.
Nevertheless, I ask all of you for consideration and having in mind the fact that we operate strictly in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education,Chief Sanitary Inspector and the ordinance of the Minister of Healthconcerning the declaration of state epidemic emergency in Poland from 13th March 2020.
Due to suspension of classes at AMU and introduction of the state of epidemiological risk in Poland on March 14, 2020, all Polish Dormitories' residents were asked to return home temporarily. All international students who wish to stay at AMU dormitories, are entitled to stay and were asked on MARCH 14, 2020 (e-mail entitled: INFORMATION CONCERNING ALL AMU DORMITORIES RESIDENTS FROM ABROAD) to inform BY MAIL about it the dormitory administration.
I assure those, who leave AMU dorms, that dormitories' payments will be reduced accordingly, proportionally to the period of your absence, caused by the epidemic emergency.
Those students who went home and left their belongings in thedormitory will be informed if there is a need to empty their rooms
(this will only happen in state of necessity). Please, make surethat the dormitory administration has your current email address and telephone number.
I hereby ask you to act wisely and be aware that the scale of epidemic's development in Poland and abroad depends on the
behaviour of each one of us.
