Shimane University presents the guides of Japanese Government (Monbukagakusho) Scholarship for Japanese Studies Students for the 2026-2027 academic year.
1. Content of the Scholarship:
Stipend ¥100,000/month (approximately 680USD).
Travel allowance (International air ticket, both arrival and return)
Study at Shimane University from October 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027.
2. Number of the nominees:
AMU can recommend one or two undergraduate students who major in Japanese language and culture.
3. Application Deadline to Shimane University
Apply to the AMU exchange coordinator till March 20, 2026 following the procedures.
March 25th, 2025. All required documents should be scanned first and sent by March 25th and then mailed directly by post. Original documents can reach Shimane University after April 4th.
