MUTUAL INTEREST

The Parties share a mutual intent to support and promote the spirit of this MOU by encouraging academic collaboration, including:

  1. development and promotion of research and training,

  2. sharing and dissemination of academic materials and samples,
  3. exchange of, and cooperation between, respective staff, scholars, and students,
  4. academic collaboration and academic meetings to discuss matters of mutual interest.

NATURE OF collaboration

  1. Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, Poland and Institute of Environment and Agricultural Research, Burkina Faso propose to develop links between the two institutions and support the aims of this MOU by way of:
    1. joint research activities,
    2. exchange of faculty and/or staff for the purpose of research and training,
    3. exchange of students,
    4. organization of conferences, seminars, and symposia of mutual interest to the institutions,
    5. exchange of academic materials and other information.
  2. The Parties recognize that the collaborative activities referred to in paragraph 3.1 will need to be conducted by way of separate, written agreements. Those agreements will set out the Parties’ various rights and obligations in respect of those activities.
