Additional Announcements
As you may already be aware, the minimum GPA requirement of 2.5 out of 4.0 is currently in effect. To support students and partner universities that do not use a 4.0 GPA scale or do not have a GPA system, we now require the submission of a "GPA Conversion & Academic Capability Confirmation" form, in addition to students' official academic transcripts.
For your reference, a sample form is attached. This form should be completed by the home university coordinator (or another authorized individual) and submitted by the student during the application process.
Beginning with the Fall 2026 semester, students must have completed at least one semester at their home university before studying at Kyung Hee University, and they must not be in their final semester during their study period at Kyung Hee University.
On-campus housing is available but not guaranteed, and detailed information will be provided during the application stage. For further details, please refer to the Information Sheet.
Exchange students are allowed to take courses across different majors regardless of their primary field of study, and courses may be taken at either campus.
However, please note that the following departments are restricted and not open to exchange students: College of Medicine, Korean Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Nursing Science, Music, Fine Arts, School of Dance, and Physical Education.
Course registration is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis, and course availability cannot be guaranteed. As competition for popular courses can be quite high, students are strongly advised to prepare several alternative options in advance.
